Seneca Corporate Finance acted as lead advisor to Rockar on growth capital investment from NVM and Maven.

Rockar develops and supplies specialist technology for the car retail market, specifically for JLR. Having grown rapidly since its inception, Rockar was in need of further capital to fund growth. NVM and Maven joined forces to provide a £5m funding package to support growth.
