Seneca Corporate Finance advised the shareholders and management of Towelrads on an MBO funded by HSBC.
Towelrads is the leading importer and supplier of towel radiators to the housebuilding market. HSBC enabled the management team to buy-out shareholders that were no longer involved in the business.
