Seneca Corporate Finance acted as lead advisor to the shareholders of Translec on the sale of the business to Volvox Group.

Based in Oldham, Translec designs and manufactures interior and exterior lighting solutions for rail vehicles. Volvox Group, supported by investment group Rubicon, acquired Translec to bolt-on to Volvox Group subsidiary BMAC, a manufacturer of lighting solutions for road and rail vehicles.
